4. As part of the Conference, abstracts in Polish and English will be published (the "Abstract template" file). The full texts of the papers will be reviewed and, after being presented, qualified for post-conference publication in the monograph of the WUT Publishing House. The paper should be prepared in accordance with the publishing requirements ("Sample paper" file) provided on the Conference website. Papers not qualified for publication in the WUT Publishing House monograph will be recommended for publication in one of the journals: Archives of Transport, Journal of KONBiN, WUT Journal of Transportation Engineering, Combustion Engines. We would like also to inform that during the Transport of the 21^st Century Conference it will be possible to publish articles in Special Issues of the Energies and Sustainability journals of the MDPI Open Access (140 / 100 points according to the MNiSW list). Articles accepted for publication in these journals after positive reviews will be subject to an APC Article Processing Charges payable directly by the Authors to the Publisher. Details of the publication are available on the websites of each journal. The papers will not be published without paying the conference fee. The editing requirements and forms are available at www.transport21.pw.edu.pl.

5 The conference fee is:

• PLN 1700 per person,
• PhD students: 1550 PLN per person,
• accompanying persons: 1450 PLN per person.

The fee includes: participation in the Conference, conference materials (not applicable to accompanying persons), meals (excluding breakfast), coffee breaks, participation in accompanying events.
The conference will be held in hybrid mode. In case of remote participation in the conference, the conference fee is: PLN 950.
Application for participation in the Transport of the 21st Century Conference is tantamount to consent to the issue of an invoice.

NOTE !
The conference fee does not include accommodation. The organizers provide preferential prices of accommodation in Hotel Zamek Ryn****.

6. Fee for each additional article (by the same Author / Authors): 550 zł/pub.

7.  Application for participation in the TRANSPORT of the 21st Century Conference can be made by sending an e-mail with the subject "APPLICATION" on the following address: transport21@pw.edu.pl. Please include the following information in the e-mail: Participant's name and surname, Participant's title / academic degree, Participant's affiliation, Title of the paper, Authors of the paper with affiliation, Data for the invoice with VAT identification number. Sending an e-mail is tantamount to consenting to the processing of the Participant's personal data in connection with his participation in the Conference.

8 Deadlines:

• application for participation in the Conference along with the title of the article   20.06.2025.
• submission of abstracts 20.06.2025.
• confirmation of acceptance of the abstract 30.06.2025.
• payment of the conference fee 31.07.2025.

9. The conference fee (in PLN) should be paid to the account with the name and surname of the participant(s) along with the name and VAT identification number of the Institution.
